PATHWAY FOR TEENS

"A space to be real. A non-judgmental environment for teens to navigate identity and stress."

Family Dynamics & Conflict

  • Bridging the Gap: Helping teens and parents to communicate in a way that actually gets them heard.

  • Autonomy: Finding ways to gain independence while maintaining a sense of safety at home.

Navigating Identity & Social Stress

High school is a social minefield. We work through:

  • Social Anxiety: Building "social muscles" to navigate peer groups and school.

  • Self-Esteem: Moving past the "highlight reels" of social media to find their true value.

  • Boundary Setting: Helping Teens to learn how to say "no" and advocate for themselves

Virtual Sessions

How Virtual Sessions Work for Teens

Telehealth is often the preferred mode for teens. It offers:

  • The "Comfort Zone" Advantage: You can join from your room, wearing what you want, in a space where you feel safe.

  • Flexibility: No need for a parent to drive you to an office; we meet where you are.

  • Privacy: A secure, HIPAA-compliant platform ensures our conversations stay between us.
